摘    要:目前 ,上海理工大学动力工程学院正研究发展一种基于透射光信号脉动分析的粉体实时在线监测技术 ,主要用于电厂煤粉的监测。介绍了其基本原理 ,并给出了最近在一套简易装置上用此方法测量粉体细度与浓度的初步实验研究结果。根据对实验结果的分析 ,提出了计算粒径与浓度的简便方法 ,并对其适用范围作了初步讨论。

Abstract:At college of power engineering, USST, a technique based on analysis of fluctuating light transmission is being under study for real-time and on-line powder monitoring, which has been mainly applied to monitoring pulverized coal at power plants. This paper presents the fundamental of this technique and recent experiment results of powder fineness & concentration measurement by this technique performed with a simple setup. By analysis of these results, a simple new method is proposed for determination of particle size and concentration and its applicability has been discussed.
