摘    要:对武钢5号高炉和7号高炉进行K、Na、Zn平衡计算,分析K、Na、Zn的排出状况和在高炉内的富积情况,并结合4号和5号高炉大修破损调查,分析K、Na、Zn在高炉内的分布,研究减少K、Na、Zn在高炉内富积的途径。

Abstract:Equilibrium of K, Na and Zn in No. 5 BF and No. 7 BF in WISCO is calculated and the discharging of K, Na and Zn from as well as their enrichment in the furnaces analyzed and the distribution of those elements in the furnaces verified in connection with the investigation of the furnace damage conditions in No. 4 and No. 5 BF and the route to reduction of K, Na and Zn enrichment in the furnaces studied.
