含砷混合盐提纯碳酸钠研究

摘    要:含砷混合盐的主要成分为碳酸钠和砷酸钠。该混合盐使用受到限制。采用饱和碳酸钠溶液,通过溶浸方式能够有效降低混合盐中的砷含量。试验结果表明,通过一次或多次溶浸,混合盐中的砷含量由4%左右降至0.05%~0.5%,碳酸钠含量由60%提升到85%~90%;所得到的砷酸钠的砷含量达到20%。通过溶浸后,所得的碳酸钠和砷酸钠均能够得到有效的利用,从而解决了含砷混合盐对环境的污染问题。

Abstract:The main component of containing arsenic salt - mixture is sodium carbonate and sodium arsenite, and the use of the mixed salt is limited. Saturated sodium carbonate solution, by solution leaching can effectively reduce the arsenic content in the mixed salt. The tests showed that, through one or more solution leaching, the arsenic content in the mixed salt is reduced from about 4% to 0. 05% or 0. 5%. At the same time, sodium carbonate content to raise from 60% to 85% -90% ;and the arsenic content reaches to 20% of the obtained arsenate sodium. It can be used effectively that the sodium carbonate and sodium arsenite, and the problem is effectively solved of mixed salts envi- ronmental pollution.
