离心压缩机水压仿真及试验研究

摘    要:根据某离心压缩机机壳,对机壳结构进行了分割简化,并利用压力自平衡及模态分析方法验证了有限元模型的有效性。利用ANSYS软件分析了压缩机机壳在水压试验时的强度及密封性能,为机壳结构改进提供了有效依据。最后通过水压应力应变测试试验验证了有限元仿真与实际情况的一致性。

Study of Hydraulic Simulation and Test for Centrifugal Compressor

Abstract:For simplified centrifugal compressor,the effectiveness of the finite element model was verified by the pressure autobalance and modal analysis methods. And then this paper analyzed the strength and sealing performance of the centrifugal compressor casing in hydraulic test by ANSYS,providing the effective basis for structure improvement. In the end,the consistency of the finite element simulation with the reality was proved by means of hydraulic stress-strain test.
