中浓浆泵湍流发生器叶片型线设计研究

摘    要:湍流发生器是离心式中浓纸浆泵的关键部件,其作用是使纸浆实现流体化并进行气液分离。本文提出一种采用等螺距和变螺距相结合的叶片型线的湍流发生器,推导了其型线方程。为了验证新设计叶片型线湍流发生器的性能,设计了4种不同叶片型线的湍流发生器。基于CFX软件,采用Eeulerian气液两相流模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型,模拟了不同叶片型线的湍流发生器中浓纸浆悬浮液的三维流场,预测了水力性能和气液分离效果,分析了不同叶片型线对湍流发生器性能的影响。结果表明,采用等螺距和变螺距相结合的叶片型线的湍流发生器具有较好的水力性能和气液分离效果。该模型在生产实际中得到了应用。

Design of Turbulence Generator of Medium Consistency Pulp Pump

Abstract:Turbulence generator is a key component of medium centrifugal pulp pump,which fluidizes the medium consistency pulp and separates the gas from the pulp suspension. A new kind of blade pattern of turbulence generator was put forward which combines uniform pitch with variable pitch. The equation of the blade pattern was also deduced. In order to verify the performance of the turbulence generator with new blade pattern,four turbulence generators with different kinds of blade patterns were designed respectively. Based on CFD,RNG k- ε turbulence model and Eulerian gas- liquid two phase flow model were used to numerically simulate the gas- liquid two- phase medium consistency suspension flow inside the four turbulence generators by CFX software. Then the hydraulic performances of turbulence generators were forecasted,and the influence of blade patterns on the hydraulic performance were analyzed. By comparing the gas distribution of flow field in the turbulence generators on the surfaces and sections of the turbulence generator,this research analyzed the effect of gas- liquid separation of the four turbulence generators. The results show that the turbulence generator with a new blade pattern which combines uniform pitch with variable pitch screw has better hydraulic properties and gas- liquid separation effect. The turbulence generators with the new blade pattern are actually applied in the paper making industry.
