余热回收型涡旋膨胀机性能试验

摘    要:回收发动机冷却水的热量,建立余热回收型涡旋膨胀机系统,以提高燃油利用效率和涡旋膨胀机的工作效率,为汽车发电机提供动力,供各电子电器工作。对车用余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的速度特性、输入特性、涡旋膨胀机内泄漏情况进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:当余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的转速在10003000r/min范围内时,其功率随着转速的提高而不断增大,并且做功效率也有所提高,内泄漏情况也有所降低;涡旋膨胀机输出功率随着气动功率的增大而增大;加装余热回收系统后,提高了涡旋膨胀机的效率;试验结果表明本系统的各项性能结果能够满足为汽车电子电器供电的应用要求。通过对涡旋膨胀机样机的性能试验,对于本余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的后期改进和对余热回收系统的优化提供一定的参考依据。

Experimental Study on Waste Heat Recovery Type Scroll Expander

Abstract:A vortex expander system of waste heat recovery was built to recover engine cooling water heat and improve fuel use efficiency and vortex expander working efficiency. It can provide power for automotive generators and all electric device working.The speed characteristics,input characteristics,expander leaks of the system were studied. Results show that in the vortex expander speed range of 1000 3000r/min范围内时,其功率随着转速的提高而不断增大,并且做功效率也有所提高,内泄漏情况也有所降低;涡旋膨胀机输出功率随着气动功率的增大而增大;加装余热回收系统后,提高了涡旋膨胀机的效率;试验结果表明本系统的各项性能结果能够满足为汽车电子电器供电的应用要求。通过对涡旋膨胀机样机的性能试验,对于本余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的后期改进和对余热回收系统的优化提供一定的参考依据。A vortex expander system of waste heat recovery was built to recover engine cooling water heat and improve fuel use efficiency and vortex expander working efficiency. Test results show the performance of the system can meet the power supply for the automotive electric device. The performance tests of vortex expander has important significance for the design improving and the designing and building of the waste heat recovery system.
