高速喷水室热湿交换规律公式的验证和修正

摘    要:针对纺织厂空调系统的核心设备——喷水室的等焓加湿和冷却减湿2个典型过程,研究影响热湿交换效率的两个关键因素,空气流速和水气比。经过试验台大量的规律性试验,得到热湿交换效率的回归公式,然后经过纺织厂现场测试对进行验证和修正。在国内首次提出了满足纺织工艺要求的前提下空气流速可以达到7.07 m/s,是目前低速喷水室的两倍;同时水气比可以降低到0.48,不到目前低速喷水室的1/2。研究结果可使设备小型化,大量减少工厂辅房的占地面积和水系统能耗,有助于高速喷水室在国内的推广应用。

Verifying and Revising on The Law of the Heat and Mass Transfer in High Speed air-washer

Abstract:To the two typical processes in the core equipment of the air-conditioning system—— air-washer in textile mill,the cooling dehumidification and the isenthalpic humidification. Air velocity and water-air ratio of the key factors affecting the efficiency of heat and mass transfer are researched. The regression formula of the efficiency of heat and mass transfer is gained by vast experiments. Verifying and revising the law by field testing in textile mill. in recently year. The first time proposed that the velocity of air can reach 7. 07m /s in domestic. It is double to low speed air-washer's. And water-air ratio can drop to 0. 48. It is one half to low speed air-washer's. The research results can miniaturize the equipment and cut down the floor space,decrease the energy of water system. This will benefit the improvement and application of the high speed air-washer.
