双级分离式旋风分离器数值模拟及试验研究

摘    要:运用FLUENT软件对3种采用不同二次分离元件直径尺寸的双级分离式旋风分离器模型进行了数值计算,研究分析了其内部流场特性和以旋流切向速度为代表的主要参数的变化规律,在考虑压差阻力和分离效率权重的基础上,得出二次分离元件的最佳直径尺寸,并与模化试验结果进行对比,确定了最优性能的双级分离式旋风分离器结构方案,为优化其结构参数并提高其性能提供理论指导和参考。

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on the Double-stage Separating Cyclone Separator

Abstract:The numerical simulation was carried out in three double-stage separating cyclone separator models that used respectively different secondary separating component in diameter by FLUENT software,then the internal flow field characteristics and variation regular pattern of main parameters that were represented by tangential velocity of swirl flow,were researched and analyzed. Based on considering the weight of pressure drag and separation efficiency,the optimal diameter of secondary separating component was obtained,then numerical results were compared with modeling experimental results about double-stage separating cyclone separator. Finally,the optimal performance structural scheme of double-stage separating cyclone separator was chosen. The results provide theoretical guidance and reference to optimize its structure parameters and improve its performance.
