| 摘 要： | 研究了不同的聚丙烯载体树脂、颜料对制造的PP-R灰色专用母料的各项性能的影响以及母料在管材中的应用，筛选出了熔体动流速率适宜的PP树脂、性能优良的颜料，并将制备的色母料用于PP-R管材。结果表明，颜料耐移性达6级、分散性达5级、耐热性达5级，产品达到或接近国外产品水平。

| Abstract: | The properties and pipes applications of the grey special masterbatch for PP-R pipes were studied.The masterhatch here manufactured by different PP bage resins and pigments.The results showed that the different PP resins and pigments had different effects on the physical and chemical properties of masterbatch and the processability of pipes.It was also compared the aberration of the masterbatch with that of imported masterbatches. |
