摘    要:M215A型高速内圆磨床采用电动砂轮主轴,电动砂轮轴从静止变频器获得高周波电源;由一对两级三角皮带轮传动工件主轴,使其获得四级转速;支承在十字交叉滚柱导轨上的进给滑板与固定在其端部的进给箱组成了进给机构;在结构上重点改进了机床导轨、工作台和砂轮修整器。

Abstract:Electric wheel spindle is used in M215A h ighspeed internal grinder, which acquire high frequency electric power supply from static frequency converter. The work spindle get four- grade rotate speed, which is driven by a couple of two - grade v - belt pulley. The feed mechanism is composed of feed slide supported on decussation roller guide and feeding box fixed on its end. On the structure, it is developed the emphasis on machine guide, working table and wheel dresser.
