煤系高岭土的提纯与煅烧研究

摘    要:本文综述了煤系硬质高岭土选矿提纯与煅烧的重要性及选矿提纯与煅烧技术的发展现状。基于煤系硬质高岭土中铁、钛矿物杂质磁性弱和嵌布微细,选择性磁种分选和氯化焙烧技术是最有效的提纯方法之一。从煅烧效果和能量利用率考虑,粉料动态煅烧工艺是煤系硬质高岭土煅烧的最佳选择之一。

Abstract:The importance and development of puring and calcining technology of kaolinate containingcoal are reviewed in this article. The magnetic seeding separation with chloridizing roasting processing is oneof the most efficient technologies for the kaolinate in which the iron and titanium impurities are weeklyparamagnetic minerals and finely disseminated. And the calcining is the best technology of kaolinate containing coal for calcining effect and energy utilization.
