| 摘 要： | 在水权交易中，水权的合理定价时促进水权交易顺利进行具有重大意义，而明确水权价格的影响因素是合理定价的保障。目前我国水权市场还是“准市场”，水权价格的主要影响因素包括供求因素、工程因素、经济因素、交易期限因素、生态与环境因素、政策体制因素等六大因素，在水权定价时应予以充分考虑。

| Abstract: | In water right trading, rational defining of water right price is of great significance to a successful trading of water right. Clarifying the influence factors of water right price is the guarantee for defining price rationally. At present, water right market is still a quasi-market, and the main influence factors related to the price of water right include supply and demand, engineering and economic factors, time limit of trade, ecology and environment and policies, which shall he fully considered during the price defining of the water right. |
