| 摘 要： | 目的:观察综合康复治疗对偏瘫合并废用性骨质疏松症患者的疗效.方法:采用综合康复措施对32例偏瘫后合并废用性骨质疏松症患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者骨密度(BMD)、疼痛指数及Barthel指数的变化情况.结果:经康复治疗后,上述患者BMD、疼痛指数及Barthel指数均较治疗前明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合康复治疗能减轻偏瘫患者废用性骨质疏松的程度,有助于提高康复治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe treatment effect for patients with hemiplegia and disuse osteoporosis,who were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation ways. Methods:32 cases were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation ways,including exercise therapy,physical therapy and anti-osteoporosis drug therapy.All patients' BMD,pain index and Barthel index were elevated before and after treatment.Results:BMD,pain index and Barthel index of:32 patients had been remarkably im- proved.Conclusien:Comprehensive rehahilitatien methods can help to improve rehabilitation effect for patients with hemiplegia and disuse osteoporosis,to reduce osteoporosis serious degree. |
