| 摘 要： | 介绍了压滤机的工作原理,结合压滤机在燃料乙醇行业的现场使用情况,从过滤介质、醪液入料压力、入料方式、入料浓度、入料温度、入料粒度等方面重点分析了影响厢式压滤机运行状况的几个主要因素。分析结果表明,合理的入料压力、浓度、温度、反吹压力、粒度及操作等有助于提高压滤机的工作效率,并进一步给出了保持压滤机高效运行的对策和建议。
