风力发电机组塔筒门框段屈曲分析

摘    要:塔筒屈曲稳定性分析是保证风力发电机组安全的重要一环。塔筒门段部分形状不规则,存在门洞缺口效应,应力状态比较复杂。因此采用有限元方法计算了有门框塔筒门段模型、无门框塔筒门段模型,获得修正系数,再结合GL规范和DIN 18800-4对塔架进行屈曲计算,校核塔筒门框段的屈曲稳定性。以实例计算了塔筒门段的屈曲,并给出了结论,验证了分析方法的正确性。

Abstract:Tower shell bucking stability analysis is one of the significant things for wind turbine.As the segment with door frame is unshaped,the stress state is complicated due to the gap influence on the door frame.To calculate the buckling strength in surrounding the door frame,finite element analysis is used to analyze the model with or with out the door frame,and gets the demand factor.It also checkt the calculation of the tower segment with door frame against GL and DIN 18800-4 criterions,and takes the tower door frame for example and combines the inclusion to prove that the method is available.
