摘    要:数控车床的位置精度检测在出厂前和机床发生精度故障时,是检测的重要内容,一般的数控机床主要是通过同步感应器和角度仪进行同步测量和检测.介绍了利用双频激光技术和最新的软件时机床位置精度进行测量的方法和步骤.

Abstract:The accuracy testing for CNC lathe’s position is a necessary and important procedure before its delivery and in the accuracy fault.Generally,the inductosyn and angle measuring device are used to carry out the measure ment and test,while the article introduces ways and procedures in which the dual-frequency laser technique and the latest software are used to do the measuring and testing.
