波纹管液压机的静力学分析与优化

摘    要:在波纹管加工过程中,液压机的上梁、中梁、下梁、立柱以及加强板都承受着较大的工作应力,因而液压机各个部件的机构设计是否合理在很大程度上决定了其性能的好坏。以某型3 800 t波纹管液压机为研究对象,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS作为分析平台,对该型液压机各部件进行静力学分析,得到了该型液压机各部件的强度及刚度分布情况。在不明显增加其质量的基础上,提出了相应的优化方案以提高其强度与刚度,达到了优化分析的目的。

Abstract:In the processing of metal,the top girder,middle girder,down girder and reinforcing plate are under the great working stress.So the hydraulic press’s quality depends on well designed parts.This paper is takes the 3800 tons of the bellows hydraulic press for object of study and uses ANSYS software as analysis platform to analyze the parts of the press and gets the parts’ intensity and rigidity.In the condition of not obviously increasing the bellows hydraulic press’s mass,the optimization scheme is put forward.
