填料改性环氧耐热滴浸漆的研究

摘    要:研制了一种新型填料改性环氧耐热滴浸漆,研究了填料的分散工艺对滴浸漆沉降量的影响,对比了不同耐高温固化剂对填料改性滴浸漆热性能、力学性能和电性能的影响。结果表明:该滴浸漆具有热变形温度高、高温剪切力强等优点,玻璃化转变温度可达180℃,导热系数达到0.3 W/(m.K),同时具有优良的防沉降性。

Abstract:A new heat-resistant epoxy dripping impregnating varnish modified by filler was prepared.The effect of dispersion process on the anti-sedimentation property of the varnish was studied,and the effects of various high temperature resistance curing agents on the thermal,mechanical and electrical properties of the varnish were compared.The results show that the dripping impregnating varnish has advantages of high heat distortion temperature and high adhesive strength.The glass-transition temperature and heat conductivity attain 180 ℃ and 0.3 W/(m.K) respectively.Moreover,the varnish has good anti-sedimentation property.
