基于Preston方程的不锈钢曲面抛磨工艺参数分析

摘    要:介绍了一种基于自动抛光系统的不锈钢抛磨工艺,以取代不锈钢电水壶手工抛光,实现抛光产品品质稳定、高效生产。在假设抛磨过程服从椭圆赫兹接触的前提下,利用Preston法分析得到影响不锈钢曲面抛磨过程中材料去除量的因素:磨料与不锈钢曲面的相对速度、接触压力。同时为保证抛磨品质均匀,选择了螺旋抛光路径的合适螺距。利用所得结论指导工艺实验,得到了效果良好的镜光表面。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of polishing process based on automatic polishing system,which is used for stainless steel instead of hand work to achieve stable quality,high efficiency.Assuming that the polishing process obeys elliptical Hertzian contact,preston equation is used to find out thess factors of the material removal quantity relationship among abrasive and surface,touch press under the relative speed.The screw pitch of helix track is choosed rightly to ensure the uniformity of surface quality from the processing experiment it is concluded that the perfect finishing surface can be gained.
