粘度法测定电工用纸/纸板聚合度的研究及应用

摘    要:按照GB/T 1548-2004用粘度法测试电工用绝缘纸/纸板的聚合度,考察了空气、浆浓等因素对纸/纸板聚合度测试结果的影响,并在最佳条件下对粘度法测量纸/纸板纤维聚合度进行了实际应用。结果表明,粘度法测试绝缘纸/纸板的聚合度有望用于实际判定油纸绝缘系统的老化程度。

Abstract:The polymerization degree of paper/paperboard for electrical engineering was measured by viscometry according to GB/T 1548-2004,and the effects of air,pulp concentration and other factors on the measuring result of polymerization degree of paper/paperboard were studied.Then a practical application was carried out under the optimum conditions.The results show that the method is hopeful to be used for determining the aging degree of oil-paper insulation system.
