电水壶曲面数字化抛光机床的误差分析及补偿

摘    要:为了解决电水壶手工抛磨污染大、效率低、抛磨效果不稳定等问题,介绍了一种电水壶曲面数字化抛光机床,阐述了该机床由步进电动机失步造成的误差的原因及对各方面的影响,提出一种基于51系列单片机的步进电动机加减速控制方法来消除该误差,同时通过实验证实了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:A Digital polishing machine used to polish electric kettle surface is introduced in order to resolve the problems of serious pollution,low efficiency and unstable quality with the manual polishing of the kettle surface.The paper describes the error’s reason and the influence caused by the stepping motor lost time of the machine and then proposes the method that the acceleration and deceleration are controlled by the stepping motor base on 51SCM to eliminate the error.In the same time,the feasibility of these methods is confirmed through experiments.
