DEAP换能器的能量转换研究

摘    要:DEAP是一种介电型电活性聚合物,具有能量密度高、应变大等优点。利用DEAP膜设计实现了一圆环形换能器,研究分析了换能器一个工作循环内的能量转换,最后利用Abaqus有限元软件分析了换能器工作循环过程。结果表明:在偏置电压为1 500 V时输入的机械能为40.75 mJ,转换得到的电能为7.03 mJ,机械能转换效率为17.3%。

Abstract:DEAP has advantages such as high energy density,large strain and etc.This paper designsd an annular transducer based on DEAP membrane,then studies and analyzes the energy conversion and at last simulates the work cycle of transducer by Abacus.The result indicates that when the bias volfage is 1500V,the imputed mechanical energy is 40.75mJ,the converted electrostatic energy is 7.03mJ and mechanical energy conversion efficiency is 17.3%.
