摘    要:为提高直流电动机调速系统的控制精度,改善系统的动态性能,在确定因素后,进行了正交试验整定PID控制参数,利用Matlab软件对试验参数进行动态仿真,分析得出最优PID参数.此方法避免了大量复杂的确定PID参数组合试验,效率较高.仿真结果表明:利用正交试验法对直流电动机调速系统进行PID参数整定,可大大减少响应时间,使系统性能达到最佳,且试验次数较少.

Abstract:In order to improve the control accuracy and the dynamic performance of the DC machine speed control system,this paper carries out the orthogonal test,sets PID controlling parameters,and then uses Matlab software to carry out the dynamic simulation according to the test parameters and to gain the optimal one among them.This method avoids large number of complex tests to determine the combination of PID parameters and its efficiency is higher.Simulation results show that the use of the orthogonal test in PID parameter setting of the DC machine speed control system can greatly reduce the response time and the times of the tests and maximize the system performance.
