摘    要:研究了氧化铝陶瓷分别在800℃、1 000℃和1 200℃热处理后的耐盐酸腐蚀性。结果表明:实验过程中样品的晶相稳定,不会出现第二相,且热处理对氧化铝陶瓷的耐盐酸腐蚀性有改善作用。较高温度热处理能够改变样品的气孔率等,改善样品的致密度,从而在盐酸腐蚀过程中使样品与盐酸的反应减缓,提高样品的耐盐酸腐蚀性。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance of alumina ceramics to hydrochloride after heat treatment under temperature of 800 ℃、1 000 ℃ and 1 200 ℃ were studied.The results indicate that the crystal phase of experimental samples is stable,but no second phase is found.The heat treatment can improve the corrosion resistance to hydrochloride.The porosity of the alumina ceramics after treated under higher temperature is changed,and the density is improved,thus slowing down the reaction between alumina ceramics and hydrochloride and enhancing the corrosion resistance of the alumina ceramics to hydrochloride.
