乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷在不饱和聚酯绝缘漆中的应用

摘    要:选用乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(乙烯基POSS)作为添加剂,与自制的改性不饱和聚酯绝缘漆进行反应固化,并对其固化产物的性能进行分析。结果表明:当乙烯基POSS添加量较低时,改性不饱和聚酯绝缘漆的力学性能明显提高,当其添加量为4%时,常温粘结力可达235 N。同时,其介质损耗降低,耐热性和导热性提高,表明乙烯基POSS在提高绝缘漆综合性能方面有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:A self-made unsaturated polyester insulating varnish was reacted with vinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(vinyl POSS) as additive and the properties of the curing product were studied.The results show that when the vinyl POSS doping content is low,the mechanical properties of the modified unsaturated polyester insulating varnish increase obviously.When the doping content is 4%,the adhesive force at room temperature attains 235N.Meanwhile,the heat-resistance and thermal conductivity of the insulating varnish increase,which indicate that the vinyl POSS has much application value in improving the comprehensive properties of the insulating varnish.
