摘    要:主要介绍了一种新的制备磨粒有序排布金刚石砂轮的装备。此装备是基于高频感应设备和数控机床的优点,把数控机床的精确定位技术利用在了钎焊有序排布金刚石砂轮的制作上,通过编码器的位置控制,实现了在数控机床的连续运动中插入钎焊加热功能,从而可以自行设计磨粒有序排布方式,把磨粒有序的焊接到基体上。避免了传统的手工排磨粒和炉中加热时间长的繁琐工作,为实现了有序排布金刚石砂轮制造的自动化奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper describes an equipment of making the orderly setting of diamond abrasive wheel.The equipment has the characteristics of high-frequency induction device and CNC machine,the precise positioning of CNC machine is used to braze.The abrasive on the diamond tools in order and the brazing function is inserfed into the continuous movement in CNC machine by controlling the position of the encoder.Thus we can design orderly arrangement way and braze the abrasive on the diamond tools.Thereby the traditional hand-long row of abrasive particles and long heating time are avoided and the foundations are laid for manufacturing automation.
