环氧树脂/BN纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:将偶联剂改性的纳米BN添加到环氧树脂中,制备了环氧树脂/BN纳米复合材料,并研究了纳米BN含量对纳米复合材料热性能、力学性能及电性能的影响。结果表明:随着BN添加量的增加,复合材料的热导率提高,当BN添加量为15%时,热导率为0.301 W/(m.K),是纯环氧树脂热导率的1.394倍。同时复合材料的热稳定性有所提高,当添加量为10%时,热分解温度提高了6.88℃。随着BN添加量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度和介电强度呈先升高后降低的趋势,当BN含量分别为7%和3%时,冲击强度和介电强度达到最大值15.60kJ/m2和28.94 MV/m,分别是纯环氧树脂的1.324倍和1.43倍,表明纳米BN的加入可以提高环氧树脂的综合性能。

Abstract:An epoxy/BN nano-composite was prepared by adding nano BN modified with coupling agent into epoxy resin,and the effects of BN content on the thermal property,mechanical properties and electrical properties were studied.The results show that with the increase of BN content,the thermal conductivity of the composite increases.When the BN content is 15%,the thermal conductivity is 0.301 W/(m.K),which is 1.394 times higher than that of the pure EP.At the same time,the thermal stability of the composite is improved.When the doping amount is 10%,the thermal decomposition temperature has an increase of 6.88 ℃.With the increase of BN content,the impact strength and dielectric strength of the composite increase at first and then drop,when the BN content is 7% and 3% respectively,the impact strength attains 15.60 kJ/m2 and the dielectric strength 28.94 kV/mm,which is respectively 1.324 and 1.43 times higher than that of the pure EP,indicating that the addition of BN can improve the comprehensive performance of the epoxy resin.
