双马来酰亚胺改性环氧酸酐体系的固化动力学及其热性能研究

摘    要:采用一种能溶于双酚A环氧树脂的双马来酰亚胺(BMI)改性环氧酸酐体系。利用DSC分析了改性树脂体系的固化反应及其动力学,通过TGA分析了BMI含量对环氧酸酐体系热稳定性的影响。结果表明:采用非等温DSC研究体系的固化动力学,固化反应的表观活化能ΔE为60.76 kJ/mol;固化反应级数n为0.94。随着体系中BMI含量的增加,体系的热分解温度逐渐提高,当BMI的含量大于40%时,体系的耐热性显著提高。

Abstract:An epoxy resin/anhydride system was modified by bismaleimide(BMI) which can be dissolved in bisphenol A epoxy resin.The curing kinetics of the system was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the effects of BMI content on the thermal stability were investigated.The results show that the apparent activation energy of the system calculated by Kissinger and Ozawa equation is 60.76 kJ/mol.The reaction order n calculated by Crane equation is 0.94.With the increase of BMI content,the thermal decomposition temperature of the system increases.When the BMI content is above 40%,the thermal decomposition temperature of the system is improved remarkably.
