谐波传动柔轮扭转刚度的研究

摘    要:推导出柔轮单齿刚度的计算公式,利用ABAQUS进行柔轮扭转的运动学建模与仿真分析,仿真结果与计算所得的柔轮扭转刚度相符.通过分析柔轮整体刚度系数计算公式中的参数,确定其对柔轮刚度的影响.研究结果为高刚度谐波齿轮的设计提供了有效依据.

Abstract:This paper deduces the torsion stiffness formula of single flexspline tooth and uses ABAQUS to establish the kinematics model and analyze the simulation of flexspline torsion.The simulation result is a match for the calculated stiffness of the flexspline.It also analyzes the parameter of torsion stiffness formula,which can affect the stiffness of flexspline,the results provides an effective basis for the design of the high stiffness harmonic gear.
