微米氧化铈粉体在乙醇水溶液中的分散性能研究

摘    要:采用沉降率、粘度、沉降高度和粒度分布等表征方法研究了乙醇水溶液中乙醇和水不同体积比,超声分散时间等工艺参数对微米CeO2粉体分散稳定性的影响.结果表明:随着乙醇体积分数的增加,微米CeO2粉体的分散性能呈先增后减的变化规律;随着超声时间的增加,微米CeO2粉体的分散性能先增加然后趋于稳定;微米氧化铈在乙醇水介质中的最佳分散工艺为:乙醇体积分数为65%,超声时间15 min.

Abstract:This paper makes a study of the influence of ethanol volume fraction and ultrasonic time on the dispersion behavior of micron-CeO2 powder in ethanol.The effects of dispersion are displayed by sedimentation height,viscosity and sedimentation rate.The result indicates that with the increase of the ethanol volume fraction,the dispersion of micron-CeO2 takes on the change law of increasing before decreasing and with the increase of ultrasonic time,the dispersion of micron-CeO2 presents the increase before remaining stable.The optimized dispersion condition is 65v% of ethanol and ultrasonic time of 15min.
