基于蚁群算法的分组焊点焊接路径优化方法研究

摘    要:为了合理规划机器人焊接路径,提高焊接工作效率,提出了一种复杂框架结构焊接路径的优化方法,该方法首先依据焊接工艺的要求,对任务焊点进行初步分组,然后采用改进蚁群算法对分组焊点的焊接路径进行优化.该方法不仅满足点焊过程中增加连续焊接、减少焊枪姿态变换等焊接工艺要求;同时,对焊点的分组减少了蚁群算法的规模,既能简化算法,又能提高求解精度.仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:In order to make the welding path reasonable and improve the welding quality,this paper proposes a method,which is used to optimize the path of complex framework welding.In the method,firstly the welding points are grouped according to the welding procedure,and then the improved ant colong algorithm is used to optimize the welding path of the grouping welding point.The method not only meets the increasing the requirement of welding procedure continuous welding,but also reduces welding torch’s gesture transform and the size of the algorithm,that the algorithm is made more simple and effective.The simulation results show that the method is effective and feasible.
