摘    要:以油酸甲酯为原料,分别制备了一种油酸甲酯型硼酸酯类化合物和一种油酸甲酯型含氮硼酸酯类化合物。采用红外光谱方法表征了其键合结构,并采用四球摩擦试验机评测了其在液体石蜡和菜籽油2种基础油中的抗磨减摩特性,以考察含氮基团对油酸甲酯型硼酸酯摩擦学性能的影响。〖JP2〗结果表明,与添加油酸甲酯型硼酸酯相比,在2种基础油中添加含氮基团的油酸甲酯型硼酸酯均可提高承载能力;引入含氮基团对液体石蜡极压性能无明显影响,但会提高其抗磨性能,且仅在低添加量时可提高减摩性能,而在较高添加量时会降低减摩性能;引入含氮基团可提高菜籽油极压性能,但会降低减摩性能,且仅在低添加量时可提高抗磨性能,而在较高添加量时会降低抗磨性能。

Abstract:The boric acid ester, named B, and the boric acid ester containing nitrogen from methyl oleate, named BN, were synthesized with methyl oleate as raw material. The chemical structures of synthetic products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The tribological performances of the synthetic products in two base oils of liquid paraffin and rapeseed oil were investigated by four ball friction test machine to research the influence of group containing nitrogen on tribological performance. 〖JP2〗The results showed that, the carrying capacities of the two base oils were improved with the additive BN, compared to B. For liquid paraffin, there was no effect on improving extreme pressure properties by introducing group containing nitrogen, but the antiwear properties was improved, while the friction reducing ability could be improved only with lower content of BN and the opposite result was observed with higher content of BN. For rapeseed oil, extreme pressure properties was improved by introducing group containing nitrogen, but the friction reducing ability was reduced, while antiwear properties was improved with the lower content of BN and reduced with the higher content of BN.
