摘    要:以正硅酸四乙脂(TEOS)为硅源,采用二步水热晶化方法合成了表面富钛分子筛CT 1,并采用多种分析手段分析表征其物化性质,以苯酚羟基化作为探针反应评价了其催化性能。结果表明,采用二步水热晶化方法所合成的表面富钛分子筛CT 1的物化性质基本与常规钛硅分子筛TS 1的一致,但CT 1的钛物种主要以骨架钛的形式集中分布在其颗粒表层,颗粒尺寸比TS 1的也有所增加。在催化苯酚羟基化反应中,CT 1具有较高的催化活性,且目的产物对苯二酚的选择性也较高。目的产物对苯二酚的选择性也较高。

Abstract:Titanium silicalite with Ti species concentrated on surface (CT 1) was prepared via two step hydrothermal crystallization method with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as Si source, and characterized by various techniquesIts catalytic performance was also tested by using probe reaction of phenol hydroxylation with hydrogen peroxide as oxidantAs shown from the characterization results, on one hand, CT 1 had almost the same physical chemical properties as those of TS 1, on the other hand, the Ti species in CT 1 were mainly on its surface with tetra coordination, and the particle size of CT 1 was larger than that of TS 1CT 1 showed good catalytic activity in phenol hydroxylation and the hydroquinone selectivity was high
