二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼作为润滑油添加剂的性能研究

摘    要:制备了不含磷有机钼化合物--二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(N1),并确定了其分子结构和元素含量。考察了N1的热稳定性能及作为润滑油添加剂对400SN基础油抗氧化性能的影响;对比了N1与国外2种二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(N2、N3)产品在基础油中的摩擦学性能差异,并结合扫描电子显微镜及能量色散X射线分析表征推测了N1的润滑作用机理。结果表明,N1具有优良的热稳定性能,添加质量分数为10%时,能显著提高400SN基础油的抗氧化性能;相同实验条件下, 与N2、N3相比 ,N1表现出更好的摩擦学性能。由于润滑过程中,N1发生摩擦化学反应,在摩擦表面形成了含Mo、S元素的化学反应膜,从而减小了摩擦和磨损。

Abstract:A kind of non phosphorus organic molybdenum compound(N1), molybdenum dialky dithiocarbamate, was prepared. Its molecular structure and element content were determined. The thermal stability and effect of N1 used as additive on antioxidant properties of 400SN base oil were investigated. The tribological properties between N1 and foreign products(N2, N3) were compared. The lubricating mechanism was also discussed by SEM and EDX analysis. The results showed that the synthesized N1 possessed good thermal stability. The antioxidant ability of 400SN base oil with 10% addition amount of N1 was effectively enhanced. N1 has better properties of tribological than N2, N3 under the same test conditions, due to that N1 took part in chemical reaction during the friction process to form the chemical reaction film, resulting in lower friction coefficient and good wear resistance.
