梯度孔SAPO-11分子筛的合成及Pt/SAPO-11催化剂的加氢异构化性能

摘    要:以薄水铝石、硅溶胶和磷酸为原料,正二丙胺为有机模板剂,癸二胺或二甲基十八烷基[3 三甲氧基硅丙基]氯化铵为软模板剂,采用水热法合成出梯度孔SAPO-11分子筛。采用X射线衍射、BET物理吸附、扫描电子显微镜、吡啶吸附红外等手段对SAPO 11分子筛载体进行了表征。以正十四烷作为模型化合物,在高压微型反应装置上评价了由上述SAPO-11载体制备的Pt/SAPO-11催化剂上的加氢异构性能。结果表明,在相同的反应条件下,以梯度孔SAPO 11为载体制备的Pt/SAPO-11催化剂的异构化活性和单支链异构体选择性比常规SAPO-11为载体的催化剂有明显提高。

Abstract:SPAO-11 molecular sieves with hierarchical pores were synthesized by hydrothermal method with boehmite, silica sol and H3PO4 as reactants, dipropyl amine as organic template, and 1,10-diaminodecane and TPOAC as soft template. The synthesized SPAO-11 molecular sieves were then characterized by means of XRD, BET, SEM, Py-IR, and so on. Meanwhile, the hydroisomerization performance of Pt/SAPO-11 catalysts was evaluated in high pressure micro reactor with n-C14 as model compound. The results demonstrated that the conversion and isomer selectivity of n-C14 over prepared Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst with hierarchical SPAO-11 molecular sieves as supporter were obviously enhanced, compared with the catalyst supported by tradition SPAO-11 molecular sieves.
