现场总线在选矿自动化中的应用研究

摘    要:在选矿自动化中,现场总线做为新的传输方式,现已应用在选矿厂部分工艺过程中。由于它自身相对于传统传输模式的优越性,已经得到了各方面的广泛认同。在高新技术不断发展的今天,现场总线在选矿自动化中起着非常重要的作用。本文以PROFIBUS总线技术为例,较为详细地介绍了现场总线是如何应用在选矿领域,使工艺设备达到良好的工作状态,最终实现达产达标。

Abstract:In the field of automatization for mineral processing,as a new mode of transmission,the field bus has been used in the factory of mineral processing.Better than the traditional mode of transmission,it has been accepted by others.As high-tech developing,field bus is playing a very important role in automatization of mineral processing.This paper taking the profibus for example describes how to use field bus in mineral processing clearly,and how to make the equipment be a good state.All this efforts is for the final target: Achieving high quality.
