| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了回转轴线角运动误差的测量原理及方法,并分别对精密圆转台及顶尖支承回转轴线的角运动误差进行了测试,估算了测量精度,共测得数据均用微处理机计算处理。本文还分析了顶尖支承回转轴线的角运动精度与顶尖及顶尖孔圆度误差的关系,并得出相应的结论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the principle and method of measuring error in angular motion of rotary axis are discussed The errors in angular motion for precise swivel-table and centre supporing rotary axis are mcasured respectively.The measuring precision is estimated and the measured data are processed with microcomputers.The relation of the angular motion precision of the centre supporting rotary axis to the error of the centre and centre hole roundness is analyzcd with the corresponding conclusion obtained. |
