| 摘 要： | 为了促进纺织厂信息化的发展,解决生产信息在局域网(LAN)内无法集成和共用的现状,对车间现有计算机监控系统存在的不足进行了分析,利用数据库技术、网络技术、通信技术等对系统的结构模型进行了设计,对系统设计过程中的技术难点进行了研究,并提出了相应的解决方案。通过企业既定监控指标,利用专家法和模糊控制理论构建了系统决策评议模型。实际应用表明,该系统与传统系统相比,具有明显的优势,实现了整个企业的全面管理和生产信息的集成,以及生产数据的共用和管理决策的科学性。 |
