| 摘 要： | 在纺丝过程中添加载银纳米氧化锌抗菌母粒,根据锦纶生产特点合理优化生产工艺,生产锦纶6抗菌纤维。通过优化组件过滤组合,纺速4000m／min,联苯温度26℃;后加工时,D／Y比1．60、拉伸比1．2,可生产出强度达3．75cN／dtex的抗菌DTY。产品经抗菌实验测试,经50次洗涤后,纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌率达99％以上。

| Abstract: | By adding antibacterial silver-loaded nano-zinc oxide master batch in the spinning process, according to production characteristics of nylon, and optimizing the production process, we produced an efficient antibacterial nylon 6 fiber. By optimizing filter pack assembly; setting spinning speed of 4000 m/min and spinning temperature of 260℃ ; during the post-processing, setting D/Y ration of 1.60 and drawing ratio of 1.2; we produced antibacterial DTY with strength of 3.75cN/dtex. The products are tested after 50 washing cycles. The sterilization rate of fiber on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 99%. |
