| 摘 要： | 在系列生产的BLDCM中,绕组参数的变化有一定的相似规律。根据已生产的系列电动机的基本规格,可以确定绕组参数相似关系中的常量和不变量,从而可以确定出不同绕组匝数和铁心迭长情况下的绕组参数,进一步用仿真方法预测电动机的基本特性。运用这种关系进行系列电机改型绕组设计相当简便,而且准确。

| Abstract: | In the series products of BLDCM,there are some similar rules in the variations of winding parameter.According to the basic specifications of the series motors produced,the constants and invariants in the relationships of similar parameters will be determined,which will make the winding parameters of different winding turns and different slug lengths determined,and the basic characteristics of motor will be forecasted by the method of simulation further more.The winding retrofit design of series motors will be simple and accurate with such relationships applied. |
