铅和氧化铅填充聚四氟乙烯自润滑复合材料减磨性能研究

摘    要:通过向聚四氟乙烯分别加入铅和氧化铅制取了两种复合自润滑材料。通过实验研究 ,探讨了这两种填充材料对填充聚四氟乙烯复合材料摩擦学性能的影响 ,并通过微观形貌的研究 ,从减磨机理方面进行了对比分析 ,得出了若干有益的结论。

Abstract:Through filling PTFE with lead, lead oxide and bronze respectively, two kinds of PTFE-based composites are produced. By experimental research, the influences of lead and lead oxide on the properties of PTFE-based composites are investigated in detail. In order to explain the experimental results, the micro-surfaces of the PTFE-based composites are pictured and analyzed. Some useful conclusions are obtained.
