摘    要:利用柠檬酸前驱物溶胶-凝胶法合成了掺杂Ca的尖晶石型纳米晶铁氧体Zn(0.5-x)Mg(0.5-x)Ca2xFe2O4(x为0~0.25),表征了其结构性能与电磁特性.结果表明:掺杂Ca对Zn(0.5-x)Mg(0.5-x)Ca2xFe2O4的磁化强度和矫顽力均有影响.

Abstract:Nano - crystalline spinel ferrite Zn0.25Mg0.25Ca0.5Fe2O4 (x = 0 - 0. 25) doped with Ca2+ was prepared with citrate precursor by sol - gel process. And the magnetic property and crystal structure were characterized. The result shows that the magnetization and coercivity of the ferrite are influenced by the addition of Ca2 + .
