成形车刀截形设计的新算法

摘    要:常用的成形车刀截形设计算法基于参数方程原理,一个转折点需4~7次计算,原理繁琐,难以掌握。本文基于三角原理提出一种新算法,一个转折点只需1~2次计算,概念清楚,方法简便,计算精度高。

Abstract:The current algorithm for designing the outline of forming turning tools is based on the principle of parameter formula.4~7 times of calculations are necessary to calculate a pivotal point on the outline by this algorithm.A new algorithm based on the triangle principle is presented.Only 1~2 times of calculations are necessary by the new algorithm and the calculating accuracy can be improved.
