| 摘 要： | 从原料、纺丝组件、纺丝条件等探讨了166 dtex/192 f涤纶超细旦预取向丝(POY)的生产工艺。结果表明:选择半消光PET切片,干燥温度160～170℃,纺丝组件压力为12～18 NPa,过滤材质为金属砂,纺丝温度295～300℃,纺丝速度2 800～3 300 m/min,生产出的POY物理指标性能优异,可纺性好。

| Abstract: | The production process of 166 dtex/192 f ultrafine PET pre-oriented yarn was discussed from the aspects of raw ma- terial,spin pack and spinning conditions.The results showed that the POY with exceUent physical index and good spinnability can be produced from semi-dull PET chips using metal sand as filtration material under the conditions of drying temperature 160 -170℃,spin pack pressure 12-18 MPa,spinning temperature 295-300℃and speed 2 800-3 300 m/min. |
