摘    要:采用失重法与电化学方法,研究了Cu—Zn及BeCoCu铜合金表面BTA钼酸盐-锰酸盐的化学复合转化膜。首先,在不同的BTA钼酸盐-锰酸盐钝化剂里生成Cu—Zn及BeCoCu转化膜,然后进行阴极和阳极极化曲线测定,得到一系列电化学参数。将成膜的Cu—Zn及BeCoCu浸在人造海水中观察,用失重法分别测试在5%HCl、5%NaOH、10%NaOH溶液中腐蚀速率及缓蚀率。结果表明,此方法处理工艺简单、成膜速度快。Cu—Zn及BeCoCu合金的BTA钼酸盐-锰酸盐的化学复合转化膜提高了耐蚀性能,有效地抑制了Q-Zn及BeCoCu合金的腐蚀。失重法与电化学方法同时都表明,BeCoCu合金具有更高的耐蚀性。

Abstract:The BTA molybdate and manganate conversion coatings for Cu-Zn and BeCoCu copper alloys were in-vestigated by weight-loss and electrochemical methods. First the conversion coatings of Cu-Zn and BeCoCu alloys were produced in different passivants of BTA and molybdate (existing manganate) , and then a series of electrochemical pa-rameters were obtained by cathodic and anodic polarization curves. The corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn and BeCoCu copper alloys with BTA and molybdate and manganate complex coating were studied in artificial seawater, 5%HCl and 5%NaOH and 10%NaOH, respectively. The experimental results showed that the process was simple and rapid in the formation of complex conversion coating, which could prohibit the corrosion of Cu-Zn and BeCoCu alloys efficiently.
