摘    要:简述了应用实时数学仿真设备(RTDS)对具有相角监测功能的AMT-3000微机型故障录波器的试验情况,介绍了试验设备和被试验设备的主要功能。试验结果表明,RTDS设备的实时动态检测效果,先进的故障录波器将给电力系统运行工况的实时监测带来新的手段,有益于进一步提高电力系统的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:A test of the phase angle monitoring function of ATM?3000 by RTDS (Real Time Digital Simulator) is presented and the properties of the two equipment are introduced.It shows that the RTDS is an excellent simulator for testing the apparatus and controllers of power system,and the ATM 3000 can be used to monitor the voltage phase angle of power system,on different positions in real time.Phase angle monitoring is important for dispatcher in watching the fault recorder with high time resolution is valuable in off line analyzing the transient state of power system.By means of high speed communication the stabilization controller of power system can on line use the fault recorders data.
