摘    要:阐述了纳米瓷球磨矿技术的理论研究进展,着重介绍了纳米瓷球磨矿技术在水泥、金属矿山、非金属粉体等行业中的市场应用进展。瓷球磨矿技术可以大幅度降低磨矿介质的消耗和电能的消耗,改善磨矿产品粒度特性,减轻过磨,减少矿物表面铁质污染,减小后续选别过程中药剂的消耗,提高选别指标,具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间,并在高压辊磨机与球磨机或立磨机组成的设备组合中,实现少钢球或无钢球的低能耗、低成本的绿色粉磨新工艺。

Abstract:The theoretical research progress of nano-ceramic ball milling technology is described, and the market application progress of nano-ceramic ball milling technology in cement, metal mining, non-metallic powder and other industries is emphatically introduced. Ceramic ball grinding technology can greatly reduce the consumption and power consumption of grinding media, improve the particle size characteristics of grinding products, reduce over grinding, reduce iron pollution of mineral surface, reduce the consumption of chemicals in the subsequent sorting process, improve the sorting index, and has a broad application prospect and development space, and in the combination of high pressure roller mill and ball mill or vertical mill unit. A new green grinding process with low energy consumption and low cost with little or no steel balls is realized.
