摘    要:本文提出了一种与新型电力系统的市场运营模型相结合的能源调度辅助决策方法。该方法使用双层优化,下层的子电网独立运营网络,并将决策发送给上层运营商,该运营商根据机组组合和二阶锥交流潮流模型进行市场交易。此外,开发了一种单领导多跟随者博弈,其中每个子电网都得出其自身可再生能源、储能设备和需求响应相关的调度决策,这些调度决策通过使用混合整数线性规划的主电网互相联系。鉴于上层和下层决策的混合整数性质,制定了一种新的重构分解方法来求解这个双层优化模型。通过在三个测试系统上进行的仿真实验,证明了所提出的方法可以准确地表示新型电力系统的物理特性,并以显着的计算效率获得合理的结果,验证了其有效性。

Abstract:This paper proposes an auxiliary decision-making method for energy dispatching combined with the market operation model of the new power system. The method uses two-tier optimization, with subgrids in the lower layer operating the network independently and sending decisions to the upper layer operator, who conducts market transactions based on unit combinations and a second-order cone AC power flow model. Furthermore, a single-leader-multi-follower game is developed, where each sub-grid derives its own dispatch decisions related to renewable energy, energy storage, and demand response, which are interconnected with the main grid using mixed integer linear programming. connect. Given the mixed-integer nature of upper-level and lower-level decisions, a new reconstruction decomposition method is formulated to solve this bilevel optimization model. Simulation experiments on three test systems demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately represent the physical properties of novel power systems and obtain reasonable results with significant computational efficiency, validating its effectiveness.
