摘    要:利用柠檬酸钠还原法制备了粒径均匀的AuNPs,并成功实现了其在APTMS修饰的玻璃表面的自组装,得到表面增强拉曼(SERS)基底。以R6G为探针分子检验了SERS基底的活性,其具有较强的增强性能。探讨了不同粒径AuNPs对SERS基底性能的影响,结果表明SERS基底的增强因子随着粒径的增大而增强。这种自组装策略为低浓度有机污染物的探测提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:Gold nanopartcles with a narrow size distribution were prepared through a reduction process by trisodium citrate, and were self-assembled on the glass substrate modified with APTMS. Then surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates were fabricated. R6G was used as a probe molecule to exam the performance of the fabricated substrates and quite strong SERS intensities were obtained. The effect of the size of gold nanoparticles on SERS intensity was investigated. The result showed that the substrate with a larger size of gold nanoparticles self-assembled produced a stronger enhancement factor (EF). This self-assembly strategy provides an effective method for detecting low-concentration organic pollutants.
