摘    要:研究压电射流陀螺检测元件铂丝电阻热敏性能,通过结构设计,电参数选择尽量发挥铂丝热敏电阻性能的优点,减小缺陷影响.设计运算放大电路为信号检测电路,用单片机进行信号处理,以软件校正补偿方法,有效地解决铂丝电阻的非线性误差,提高了压电射流陀螺综合精度.

A Technologic Improvement Of The Piezoelectric Fluidic Gyroscope Based On Detecting Element
Abstract:Analysis of the thermo-sensitive performance of piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope shows that defect deficiency can be reduced by a better structural design to increase the thermosensitive performance of platinum wire resistance. Using the arithmetic amplifier circuit as the detecting circuit, the signal from which is designed to be processed by a single-chip and corrected by software, can effectively reduce the nonlinear error of platinum wire resistance. Therefore the combined accuracy rate of the piezoelectric fluidic gyroscope is greatly improved.
